Google+ Reached 10 Million users

Larry Page, The Chief Executing Officer of Google recently revealed the number of users joined to Google+ on their Second Quarter earnings call. Giving us an idea of the Social networking craze of today. He stated that he is happy with the start, as Google+ reached 10Million+ users in just few days of the trial launch. According to him these 10M+ users are sharing more than 1Billion contents per day on Google+

Actually the Google+ is still running in Invitation only mode, where people are allowed to join Google+ only if they are invited by existing users. This number may increase still more rapidly if Google allow anybody on internet to join G+ without an invitation.

But Google Buzz also got 10M+ users in very few days after it was launched by Google. But gradually lost its popularity after they made it open for any users on internet. But still we cannot take Google+ so easily. Because Google+ has some implementations in search results of Google, which may lead to a great success.

Google is not supporting to develop orkut and Buzz as they are concentrating on Google+ which has both features and with some added features also. Google usually do not hang to the old things, they always try to find new things and will stick to them.
